SHIPPING POLICY

le PÈRE offers free expedited shipping for all orders within the United States. While orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, some products have lengthier shipping estimates which will always be clarified within the product description. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days, please email studio@lepere.com

For international orders, le PÈRE collects shipping, duties and import taxes at checkout.

Once orders are received they can no longer be cancelled or changed.

LE PÈRE is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
