At this time, le PÈRE ships fragrance within the United States only.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times depend on the carrier.
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. le PÈRE cannot assume responsibility for delays, delivery issues, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, carrier interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
If at any time within 15 days of receipt, you are not happy with your fragrance purchase, we would be more than happy to process a return for you. We will generate a complimentary prepaid label and charge a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your return total. Please email support@lepere.com to request a return.
le Discovery sets are not eligible for returns.
To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new or gently used condition.
