Shipping & Returns Policy
le PÈRE offers free standard ground shipping for all orders within the United States. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Once orders are received they can no longer be cancelled or changed so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. Once you receive your parcel, you can ask for a return within 14 days. LE PÈRE is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable.
For items purchased at lepere.com, all returns must be submitted within 10 days of the order being received. Please contact email@example.com to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in its original packaging with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
We do not accept returns of le Père products purchased at our retailer partners. Please contact your original point of purchase. le Père is not responsible for any use of third-party reshipping services, and will not be able to process any returns from orders that have been made using reshipping services Due to limited availability, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any exchange requests.
You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund. Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear on your bank statement. We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. No exceptions. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
