Los Angeles-native Tony Camaro is a multidisciplinary artist who combines the tactile nature of his work with a youthful zeal that honors childhood exploration in each piece. His personal practice has been developed over the years through ample experimentation where Camaro has applied his ever-evolving command of painting, print techniques, sculpture, and other forms to develop bespoke products and artwork. With a true dedication to imbuing his personality into each object he creates, Camaro finds his Neverland in the canvas itself.

“le PÈRE integrated my designs into their clothing in a really interesting and dynamic way that isn’t as simple as plopping an illustration on a t-shirt. I love incorporating my artwork into fashion to a higher degree than just the streetwear stuff.”
For his collaboration with le PÈRE, Camaro's artwork brought a bit of mischief with its placement across a couple of styles––namely the Top Boy Tee and Top Bottoms. Applying his painting of the back of a young man's head as a large print across the front of the shorts and a matching t-shirt, these styles carry a nuanced balance of cheeky, irreverent illustrations within these youthful silhouettes. The Camaro Cycling Shirt subverts the historically static nature of these jerseys with a more 80s pop-art driven graphic to accompany the exaggerated, oversized silhouette.
