ONE NIGHT ONLY (NYC): A Brooklyn Night Where Sound & Style Met — Recap

Last Thursday, the Quartier gathered in a secret Brooklyn enclave for ONE NIGHT ONLY — an evening where Le PÈRE and Pigeons & Planes, in partnership with ASSOCIATED, turned a raw space into a charged, artful moment. The lineup read like a snapshot of the present: TiaCorine headlined, with stirring sets from Chow Lee and Annabelle Kline, and a string of special guests who kept the room in motion. Doors opened at 8 pm and the music rolled through until late — the kind of night that feels both sudden and inevitable.

TiaCorine anchored the evening with a performance that moved between playful swagger and intimate candor. Her set threaded the room together — fans sang back lines, others traded looks as the lighting carved the space into pockets of motion and stillness. Video captured during the night shows a performer in full command, transforming the warehouse into a communal listening session where every track landed like a small revelation.

Chow Lee and Annabelle Kline brought complementary energies: Chow Lee’s textured flow and bold production turned moments into kinetic surges, while Annabelle Kline’s voice and presence introduced a quieter, vivid counterpoint that kept the crowd attentive and curious. The mix of textures onstage — from taut, rhythmic flows to melodic, intimate passages — reinforced the event’s curatorial intent: unexpected lineups, no reruns.

Production was elevated but never overstated — thanks in part to partners who understand how to support culture without drowning it out. Puma and Monster Energy powered the night, bringing the kind of backstage muscle and brand energy that let the programming breathe at the center. Their presence was practical and tasteful: help with sound, hospitality, and a few memorable branded moments that amplified the night rather than interrupting it.

What made this edition feel distinct wasn’t only who performed, but how people showed up. The room was a cross-section of the Quartier: longtime community members, new fans, local creatives, and a smattering of industry faces — all there to witness a single, unrepeatable evening. Conversations spilled into the stairwells; strangers traded recommendations; a few new friendships began under the stage lights. That social alchemy — music catalyzing connection — is the throughline of every ONE NIGHT ONLY.
