RETURNS

For items purchased at lepere.com, all returns must be submitted within 14 days of the order being received. All returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in its original packaging with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. 

We do not accept returns of le Père products purchased at our retailer partners. Please contact your original point of purchase. le Père is not responsible for any use of third-party reshipping services, and will not be able to process any returns from orders that have been made using reshipping services.  Due to limited availability, please contact studio@lepere.com for any exchange requests.
