Armed with a printer, scanner and the occasional geometrically abstract shapes in his head, Ian Woods honed his technique in collage. Woods has become known for playing with and distressing brand logos, laying two images atop one another and sketching out patterns which he then cuts out with an exacto knife and then glues atop one another to create a unique and recognizable patchwork effect. This ever-present versatility has lent itself to creating book covers, editorial spreads, cover art, and everything in between.
